Dusit Thani | Abu Dhabi

Located in the United Arab Emirates capital’s new business and government district, the Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi soars 37 stories high above the city, capturing scenic views across the southeastern mangroves district and the Corniche shoreline.

Dusit Thani perfectly encapsulates Thai-inspired elegance through their décor, whilst being architecturally progressive with a protruding glass tower, visible elevators and the third highest hotel atrium in the world. If you’re not particularly fond of heights, do yourself a favour and do not look down.

We spent two nights in a deluxe room on the 36th floor overlooking the mangroves district. With a vast selection of over 400 luxury rooms and suites on offer, guests are treated to contemporary and elegant furnishings, with a full range of amenities. There are an array of facilities and services offered to guests, including Namm Spa, which was awarded the World Luxury Spa Award for 2017 in the category of the “Best Luxury Boutique Spa” in the Middle East. If you’re in need of escaping the Arabian heat, there is an outdoor pool located on the 23rd floor with a jacuzzi, bar, and sun beds. This is the perfect spot to catch that golden sunset over the city.

The hotel seemed to be a particularly popular choice amongst businessmen, and is a favoured location and home for many educational and business seminars and company-hosted events.

LOCATION: The hotel is in an ideal location for you to explore the capital, with landmarks such as Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Yas Marina, Ferrari World Theme Park and the new Louvre Abu Dhabi all in close proximity. The hotel also offers guests a complimentary shuttle service to certain points of interest and shopping malls within the city.

ALL ABOUT FOOD: Dusit Thani presents a wide selection of authentic cuisines from different parts of the world with six different restaurants to choose from. With the choice of Indian, Thai and Continental restaurants, the hotel certainly caters for all.

HOSPITALITY & SERVICE: From the moment we arrived, we were always greeted with warm gestures and smiles from all the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was relaxing and carefree.
